Airport transfers both ways: met on arrival, dropped off before take-off
A flight does not start at the gate or end at the baggage belt; there is always a stretch between the airport and your hotel or home, and that stretch is what we take care of. Our airport transfers work in two directions: we meet you in the arrivals hall and drive you to your destination, and we collect you from your hotel door and get you to departures in good time for your flight. Either way it is a private car with a driver, a fixed fare for the whole car, and booking on WhatsApp.

Most of our trips are in the west of the Kingdom, where pilgrims and visitors arrive, but we arrange transfers at other airports too:

On arrival: what we do, and what you do
Our side:
- Track your flight by number and move the driver's time if it lands early or late.
- Wait for you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign.
- Give you one free hour of waiting from the moment you land.
- Carry your bags to the car and unload them at the hotel.
Your side: send the correct flight number, the number of passengers and bags, and the destination address, and switch your phone on after landing so the driver can reach you.
On departure: when to leave your hotel
Missing the flight is what worries travellers most on the day they leave. These are the practical lead times we work with when setting a pickup:
- Jeddah hotels to Jeddah Airport - at least three hours before an international flight. Sedan fare 150 SAR.
- Makkah to Jeddah Airport - around four hours before an international flight; the road takes an hour to an hour and a quarter, and getting away from the Haram area can take a while. Sedan fare 190 SAR.
- Madinah to Jeddah Airport - a long drive of about 420 km, so allow roughly five hours before the time you need to be at the airport. Sedan fare 450 SAR.
In peak season and the last ten nights of Ramadan, add a margin to all of these.
Travelling for Umrah: what changes on an airport run?
A pilgrim flying in usually enters ihram on the plane before passing the miqat, arrives in Jeddah already in ihram, and wants to reach Makkah without delay. So on these trips we care about two things: that the driver is ready the moment you come out, so you are not left waiting in ihram clothing, and that we know in advance whether you want the hotel first or the nearest point to the Haram. In season some flights arrive at the Hajj Terminal, which sits apart from the other buildings and has its own exit arrangements; we tell you the meeting point there before you land.
On the way home the luggage changes: Zamzam bottles, gifts, and more bags than you came with. Mention it when booking so we send a car with room for everything and you do not have to leave anything behind.
Riyadh and Dammam airports
If your trip starts or ends in Riyadh or the Eastern Province, we arrange the pickup or drop-off the same way: a driver in the hall and a fare agreed before you land. Choosing a car for an airport run
Airport trips almost always mean more luggage than usual, so:
- Sedan - up to four passengers with moderate luggage.
- Family SUV or van - up to seven passengers; the right choice if everyone has a case, or you have a pushchair or Zamzam bottles.
- VIP - for extra comfort before or after a long flight.
