How We Handle Your Details

For a driver to reach you at the right place and time, Mishwar Al Haramain needs a few details about you and your trip. This page sets out exactly what we ask for and what we do with it.

What we ask for

Your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, pickup and drop-off, date and time, number of people and bags, and your flight number for airport pickups. Email is optional. We do not ask for card details, because you pay on arrival.

Why we need it

To confirm the fare and time, pick a car that fits your group, follow your flight for an airport pickup, and reach you on the day if anything changes. We use it for nothing else and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

The booking dispatcher and the driver assigned to your trip, who only sees what he needs to reach you: name, contact number, pickup point and destination. WhatsApp chats are also subject to WhatsApp's own policy.

Correcting or deleting your data

If you want a detail corrected or your data removed from our records, write to the address below or message us on WhatsApp and we will do it.
