When Would You Need a Refund?

With Mishwar Al Haramain you pay the fare on arrival, not before. So in most cases there is nothing to refund: if the trip does not happen, you have not paid anything.

The exceptions

Occasionally a part-payment in advance is agreed, for example on large group bookings or multi-day trips. In that case the refund terms are written out in the WhatsApp confirmation before you pay, and those terms apply.

If we cannot run the trip

If we cannot carry out a confirmed trip for a reason on our side and you had paid something in advance, we return it in full.

A disagreement over the amount

The fare you pay is the one in the confirmation message. If you are asked for a different amount without an agreed change to the trip, contact us with a screenshot of that confirmation and we will look into it.

How to raise a payment question

Write to us on WhatsApp or at the address below with the trip date, the route and the name it was booked under.
