Mishwar Al Haramain bookings need no prepayment: you pay the fare on arrival. So there is nothing to refund when you cancel.
The policy at a glance

If you need to cancel or change within the last 6 hours before pickup, tell us on WhatsApp straight away and we will do our best to sort it out with you.
How to cancel or change
Send a message in the same WhatsApp chat where the booking was confirmed, with the name, date, route and the change you need. We reply to confirm the cancellation or the new time.
If your flight is late
No need to cancel or rebook. We track your flight number, and the driver starts counting waiting time from the actual landing, with 60 free minutes after it.
