Booking Terms

When you book a car with driver from Mishwar Al Haramain, these are the rules both of us work to.

When a booking is confirmed

A booking is confirmed once we send you the route, time, car class and fare on WhatsApp (or confirm them by phone) and you agree. What that message says is the reference.

The fare

The fare is fixed for the whole car, not per passenger. If the route changes, a stop is added or the group grows beyond what was agreed, we tell you the difference before going ahead.

Paying

Regular bookings need no prepayment. You pay the agreed fare when you reach your destination.

What we ask of you

Give us a correct address and flight number, stay reachable on your contact number on the day, and tell us early about any change.

Delays outside anyone's control

We plan to be on time, but seasonal road closures around the two Harams, weather and accidents can slow a trip. When that happens we keep you posted on WhatsApp.
