Question 1

What are the steps to reserve a car with a driver from Mishwar Al Haramain?

Accepted Answer

Send a WhatsApp message to +966582918075 with your pickup point, destination, date, time, number of passengers and bags. The team replies with the fixed fare for the car and your booking details, and you can call the same number if you prefer to talk.

Question 2

I am flying into Jeddah Airport — how do I arrange my pickup?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp us on +966582918075 with your flight number, arrival time and destination, and we assign a driver who waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We track the flight, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.

Question 3

Will the fare go up if the road is slow or traffic is heavy?

Accepted Answer

No. Intercity and airport fares are a fixed amount per car agreed before departure, and they do not change because of traffic or journey time.

Question 4

Is the price charged per car or per passenger?

Accepted Answer

The fare is for the whole car, not per person, so a family sharing one vehicle pays a single amount. For example, Jeddah Airport to Makkah starts from 200 SAR in an economy sedan.

Question 5

Can you handle all my transport during an Umrah trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can arrange your airport pickup, hotel-to-Haram rides, the Makkah–Madinah transfer and your return to the airport. Send us your itinerary on WhatsApp and we confirm the fare for each leg.

Question 6

Can I get a car in the middle of the night or before dawn?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we operate 24/7, including late-night trips and early pickups before dawn. Just send us your time on WhatsApp in advance.

Question 7

What happens if I am late for my pickup?

Accepted Answer

For airport pickups you have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. Waiting beyond that is charged, and the team confirms the amount with you on WhatsApp. For city pickups, let the driver or our WhatsApp team know as soon as you expect a delay so we can adjust the timing with you.

Question 8

When do I pay for the ride?

Accepted Answer

You pay on arrival at your destination, and no prepayment is needed for normal bookings. If you have a question about a particular payment method, ask on WhatsApp before the trip.

Question 9

I have a lot of bags — which vehicle suits me?

Accepted Answer

A family SUV or van carries more luggage than a sedan and is the usual choice for families and Umrah baggage. Tell us how many bags you have and their sizes when booking so we send the right car.

Question 10

My plans changed — how do I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancelling is free if you tell us on WhatsApp at +966582918075 at least 6 hours before pickup, and you can change the time up to 6 hours before. Since you pay on arrival, there is no prepayment to refund, and we never charge for a no-show.

Question 11

I am travelling with a small child — can I ask for a child seat?

Accepted Answer

Mention your child's age in your WhatsApp booking message, and the team will confirm whether a child seat can be provided for your trip before the pickup.

Question 12

I don't speak Arabic — will I be able to communicate with the driver?

Accepted Answer

You can message our booking team on WhatsApp in English or Arabic, and your trip details are sent in writing. Mention your preferred language when booking and we will confirm what can be arranged.

Question 13

Do you serve companies and staff transport?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we take bookings for guests and staff to and from airports and between cities. Contact us on WhatsApp to explain what you need, and we will confirm fares and how to coordinate.

Question 14

What should I include in my first WhatsApp message?

Accepted Answer

Include the exact pickup location (or flight number if you are at the airport), destination, date and time, number of passengers and bags, and the car type you prefer. With these details the team can confirm quickly.

Question 15

My flight is delayed — will the driver leave?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry — we track your flight and adjust the driver's arrival to the actual landing time, and your 60 free minutes start from touchdown.

Question 16

Our family vehicles are roomy enough for parents, children, a stroller and luggage. Tell us the number and ages of the children when booking and we will confirm on WhatsApp what can be prepared.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Accepted Answer

No. Normal bookings need no prepayment; your booking is secured once the team confirms it on WhatsApp, and you pay the fixed fare on arrival.

Question 18

Can I change my trip time after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can change the time or route up to 6 hours before pickup. Send the new details on WhatsApp to +966582918075 and the team will confirm the change.

Question 20

Is there a limit on how many bags fit in the car?

Accepted Answer

There is no fee for normal luggage. Space depends on the vehicle: a sedan suits the bags of a few passengers, while a family SUV or van takes more. Tell us your bag count when booking so space is never a surprise.

Question 21

What is the difference between the sedan, family SUV/van and VIP options?

Accepted Answer

The sedan takes up to 4 passengers and suits individuals and couples. The family class takes up to 7, for example a GMC Yukon or a Toyota Hiace van, and is the best fit for families and heavy luggage. VIP is a Mercedes S-Class for up to 3 passengers who want a higher level of comfort. See the fleet page for details, or ask us on WhatsApp to help you choose.

Question 22

If I miss my pickup and don't show up, will I be charged?

Accepted Answer

No. We never charge for a no-show: normal bookings need no prepayment and the fare is only paid on arrival. Please still tell us on WhatsApp at +966582918075 if your plans change. Cancelling is free up to 6 hours before pickup.

Question 23

What if I need more than the 60 free minutes after landing?

Accepted Answer

The first 60 minutes are free and start from the actual landing time, not the time on your ticket. If passport control or baggage takes longer, message us on WhatsApp. Extra waiting is charged, and the team confirms the amount with you first.

Question 24

How long does it take to confirm a booking?

Accepted Answer

The team answers WhatsApp messages around the clock and sends your confirmation with the fixed fare once your trip details are checked. The more complete your details, the faster it goes.

Question 33

There are four of us — do we each pay a fare?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay one amount for the car over the whole route, however many passengers it holds. For example, Makkah to Madinah starts from 400 SAR for an economy car.

Question 34

Is the amount you quote the amount I actually pay?

Question 42

Do the drivers know the routes around Makkah, Madinah and the airports?
