AlUla is spread out, so plan your rides ahead
First-time visitors to AlUla quickly find that distances are bigger than the map suggests. Resorts are tucked into separate valleys, the Old Town is in one direction, and places like Hegra and Elephant Rock are in others. Unlike a big city, you will not find taxis cruising past your door. That is why many visitors prefer to have a driver lined up before they arrive. At Mishwar Al Haramain we arrange a private car with a driver, at a fixed price for the whole car agreed on WhatsApp, and you pay on arrival.

AlUla International Airport arrivals and departures
We track your flight, and the driver waits in arrivals with your name on a sign, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. On departure day we collect you from your resort in good time for check-in.
Resort to tour meeting points
Many heritage tours start from set visitor centres, and entry to the sites is usually ticketed, often with dedicated site shuttles. We drop you at the meeting point and either wait or come back at the time you choose.
Evenings in the Old Town
Dinner or a stroll through the Old Town tends to finish late. Having a booked driver means no worrying about getting back to a remote resort at night.
Road trips in and out of AlUla

Tips from the road
- Book at least a day before you arrive. There are fewer cars in AlUla than in the big cities, especially in the winter season and during festivals.
- Send the exact resort name and a map pin, as some properties sit well off the main road.
- Leave a margin before tour times, as heritage-site slots run on fixed schedules.
- Winter nights are cold and summer days are hot, so keep what you need in the car.

How the fare is set
AlUla rides are not on our published fare list, so the price is confirmed on WhatsApp according to the trip and car class. It is a fixed price for the whole car, not per passenger, you see it before you confirm, and there is no prepayment for normal bookings.

Can the driver take me inside the archaeological sites?
Access to several sites is managed with tickets and dedicated site transport, so we take you to the official visitor point and collect you from there.
Can I book a driver for a full day?
