The last ride of your AlUla trip
The final days in AlUla are usually packed: Hegra, the Old Town, Elephant Rock, maybe a late dinner at a desert resort. Then departure morning arrives and you realise the resort is a fair way off the main road and taxis are not always available on demand. Booking the airport run in advance with Mishwar Al Haramain solves that: a private car waiting at your hotel door at the agreed time, taking you to AlUla International Airport (ULH).
How we plan the departure time
The airport sits outside the town, and the drive depends on where you are staying. Hotels near central AlUla are closer, while resorts tucked into the canyons and between the mountains can take longer. So we ask for the exact hotel or resort name and then suggest a pickup time that gets you to the terminal with enough margin for check-in. As a rule of thumb:
- Domestic flights: allow the driving time plus at least an hour and a half before departure.
- International flights: allow more, and check the counter closing time with your airline.
- During event seasons the roads towards the airport get busier, so add an extra buffer.
What happens on departure day
- We send you a confirmation of the driver’s arrival time beforehand.
- The driver arrives at the hotel entrance or resort gate and helps load your bags.
- You drive straight to the terminal and are dropped at departures.
- You pay the driver on arrival. There is no prepayment for normal bookings.
Fare and vehicle
This route is not in our published fare table, so we confirm a fixed fare on WhatsApp based on where you are staying and the vehicle type. The fare is for the whole car, not per passenger, so it stays the same whether you are two people or five, as long as it is one car.

AlUla airport transfer questions
Can the driver collect me from a resort outside town?
Yes. Send the resort name or a map pin and the driver will come to the gate or the resort’s designated pickup point.
How early should I leave before my flight?
It depends on where you are staying and the type of flight. We suggest the right time when you book, with enough margin for formalities.
Do you also do pickups at AlUla Airport?
Yes. On arrival your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign, we track your flight, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
