The first thing you see after customs: your name on a sign
Arriving at King Fahd International after a long flight comes with two feelings: relief at being home, and the familiar question of how to get into Dammam. The airport lies a good distance north of the city, and standing in a taxi queue with children and suitcases is nobody's ideal welcome. Your first minutes after landing
Flight tracking
We follow your flight by its number. Delayed by two hours or early by thirty minutes, the driver adjusts without you having to tell us.
Meeting in the arrivals hall
Once you have your bags and are through customs, look for the driver holding a sign with your name. If you can't spot them straight away, message the number we sent you.
Time to clear formalities
You have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, usually plenty for passport control and baggage. If the queue is long, just let us know on WhatsApp.
To your door
The driver helps you take your bags to the car and heads straight to your Dammam address, or to Khobar or Dhahran if you prefer.

- Number of passengers and bags, and whether children need a seat.
- A phone number or WhatsApp that will work when you land.

Fare and payment
The airport to Dammam fare is confirmed on WhatsApp according to the district and car class. It is fixed for the whole car rather than per person. Nothing is paid upfront: you pay when you reach your destination.
Booking for a guest or relative?
