Farewell to the Prophet’s Mosque, then to the airport
A Madinah visit usually ends with one last prayer at Al Masjid an-Nabawi, then bags to bring down from the hotel and a flight that will not wait. Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport lies north-east of the city, and in normal conditions the drive from the central area is not long. Getting out of the Haram district after prayers or in peak season can add time, though, and arranging your car in advance keeps that final hour calm.
With Mishwar Al Haramain the driver comes to your hotel or an agreed nearby spot, loads the luggage and drops you at departures. The fare is fixed for the whole car and paid on arrival.
Pickup timing: a simple rule
We work backwards from your flight: the airline check-in window, then the drive, then a margin for leaving the central zone. If your flight is after Friday prayer or in the high season, we widen the margin. Send your flight number and we will suggest a time.

The fare from your hotel to the airport is confirmed on WhatsApp according to the vehicle class. For reference, our table lists the opposite direction (Madinah Airport to hotel) as follows:

- Zamzam and dates: if you are carrying a lot, mention it when booking so we send a car with enough space, and check your airline rules.
- Groups: several families in nearby hotels can be collected one after another.
- Wheelchairs: let us know in advance so the driver is ready to help.
