Land at Prince Abdul Mohsin bin Abdulaziz Airport and you soon discover that "Yanbu" is not a single destination. There is Yanbu Al-Bahr, the old town with its districts, market and seafront, and there is Yanbu Industrial City to the south, with its plants, residential compounds and beaches. The airport is close to town and the drive is usually short, but knowing exactly where you are going is what gets the driver to the right door first time.
With Mishwar Al Haramain, your driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing your name and takes you to your address, with a fixed fare for the whole car paid on arrival.
Where people usually go from the airport
- Yanbu Al-Bahr: homes and hotels downtown and near the Corniche.
- Yanbu Industrial City: residential compounds and company offices; some gates require a permit or visitor registration.
