When your party needs more than one car
Travelling with relatives or an Umrah group comes with its own logistics: older passengers who need a comfortable seat, children, a mountain of suitcases, and the wish that everyone arrives together. At Mishwar Al Haramain we keep group transport simple. We match you with the right vehicle class, and if your party is too large for one car we send two or more that leave from the same pickup point together, each with its own driver.
Fares are fixed per car, not per passenger, so the fuller the car, the lower the cost per person. You pay on arrival, with no prepayment for normal bookings.
Which vehicle suits your group?
- Sedan: fine for couples and small parties with medium-sized bags.
- Family SUV or van: the usual choice for families, with more room for people and luggage.
- VIP car: for those who want extra comfort and privacy, often chosen for elderly parents or honoured guests.

How we organise a group trip
- Message us on WhatsApp with the date and time, pickup and destination, number of passengers, number of suitcases, and your flight number if we are meeting you at an airport.
- We propose the number and type of cars together with the fixed fare for each.
- We confirm the booking and share the driver contact details ahead of time.
- On the day, the drivers meet you at one agreed point and the cars travel together.
Situations we handle often
A family landing in Jeddah for Umrah
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We track the flight, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing to clear passport control and collect bags. Moving from Makkah to Madinah after Umrah
It is a long drive of about 450 km, usually around 4.5 to 5 hours. The driver stops for prayer and rest whenever you ask. More on our Makkah to Madinah taxi page.
