When travel time is part of the company budget
An employee who spends half an hour hunting for a ride after landing, or a visitor who reaches the hotel late for a meeting, costs a business more than the fare ever would. That is the gap our corporate transport service at Mishwar Al Haramain is built to close: one WhatsApp contact who arranges the car, the driver and the timing, and keeps an eye on the trip until your passenger arrives.
We work with organisations that host visiting delegations, move teams between cities, or need several cars ready for a conference or company event. Every booking is a private car with a driver, at a fixed fare for the whole car agreed before departure, never charged per passenger.
Who typically uses it
- HR teams welcoming new hires from abroad who should find someone waiting for them in arrivals.
- Executive assistants juggling a manager's moves between airport, office and hotel.
- Event and conference organisers who need a run of cars at staggered times on the same day.
- Companies sending staff or clients on Umrah who want the airport, Makkah and Madinah legs handled in one place.
How a company booking works
- Your coordinator sends us the trip list on WhatsApp: passenger names, flight numbers where relevant, pickup points, destinations and luggage count.
- We suggest the right car class for each leg (sedan, roomy family SUV/van, or VIP) and reply with a fixed fare for each.
- Once you approve, you receive the driver's name, phone number and car details ahead of time to pass on to the traveller.
- For airport pickups the driver waits in arrivals holding a name sign, tracks the flight, and allows 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
For large or recurring bookings we agree coordination and payment arrangements with you beforehand on WhatsApp. A one-off ride is simply paid on arrival, with no prepayment.
Sample fares on routes companies book often

| Jeddah Airport → Makkah | SAR 200 | SAR 350 | SAR 500 |

Fares for Riyadh, Dammam and other cities are confirmed on WhatsApp according to the route and timing. The full list is in our fare guide.
Matching the car to the passenger
A manager flying in alone for a short meeting is well served by a comfortable sedan. A team of four or five with work cases needs a spacious family vehicle. Senior guests are usually best in our VIP class. You can see the categories on the fleet page, or just tell us how many people and bags are travelling and we will recommend one.
Small things that make the coordinator's day easier
- Send the flight number, not just a landing time; tracking depends on it.
- Give the guest's name as it appears in their passport so the sign is easy to spot.
- If a trip has several stops (hotel first, then office), list them in order.
- During Umrah peaks and holiday periods, book as early as you can.
Questions coordinators ask us
Can we book several cars for the same day?
Yes. Send the whole schedule on WhatsApp and we will line up the cars by time and confirm each trip individually.
Do you cover cities outside the western region?
Yes, including Riyadh and the Eastern Province; fares there are confirmed on WhatsApp. For rides around the capital see Riyadh taxi.
Will our traveller have the driver's details in advance?
Yes. Once you approve the fares, you receive the driver's name, phone number and car details ahead of time to pass on to the traveller.
Can the company handle payment rather than each traveller?
For large or recurring bookings we agree coordination and payment arrangements with you beforehand on WhatsApp. A one-off ride is simply paid on arrival, with no prepayment.
