A driver who works around your plans
Some days don’t fit into a single A-to-B ride. You might need to take the children to relatives, stop at a clinic, pick up shopping and still be back at the hotel before prayer time. That is what our private driver service at Mishwar Al Haramain is for: one car and one driver who stay with your schedule instead of you chasing a new taxi at every stop.
You tell us the plan on WhatsApp, we agree a fixed price for the car, and the driver arrives at the time you set. No meter, no splitting the fare by passenger, and payment on arrival.
Typical ways people use a private driver
Family days
Visiting relatives across the city, an evening on the Jeddah Corniche, or a trip to a mall with elderly parents who prefer not to walk to a taxi rank. A family SUV/van keeps everyone together.
Appointments and paperwork
Hospital visits, embassy or office appointments, or any morning with several stops where waiting for a ride between each one would waste time.
Pilgrims staying in Makkah or Madinah
Ziyarat to historic sites, a ride to the miqat to re-enter ihram, or a change of hotel with all your luggage. For more ideas see Makkah taxi and Madinah taxi.
Airport days
Hotel checkout, a last errand and then the airport, all in one booking. On pickups from the airport the driver meets you in arrivals with a name sign, tracks your flight and includes 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
What to send us when you book
- The date and the time you want to be picked up.
- Your starting point (hotel name or a location pin) and the stops you have in mind.
- How many passengers and roughly how many bags.
- Anything special: a child seat request, a folding wheelchair, or a preference for a quiet ride.
The more complete the plan, the more accurate the fixed price we give you. If the day changes, message us and we will adjust.
Which car should you choose?
| Car class | Good for |
|---|---|
| Sedan | One to three people with light luggage, city errands |
| Family SUV / van | Families, groups with luggage, pilgrims carrying Zamzam |
| VIP | Guests who want extra comfort and privacy |
The fleet page describes each class in more detail.
How pricing works
The price is for the car, not per person, and it is agreed before the driver sets off. Some common fixed fares, for reference: Makkah to the Haram or a Makkah hotel from SAR 80 by sedan, a Makkah ziyarat tour from SAR 150, and a Madinah ziyarat tour including Wadi Al-Jinn from SAR 200. Multi-stop days and longer hires are quoted individually on WhatsApp. More routes are listed in the fare guide.
Questions about hiring a driver
Can I keep the same driver for more than one day?
Tell us the dates and daily plan on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we can arrange and the price.
Can the driver take me to the miqat to enter ihram again?
Yes. For pilgrims staying in Makkah or Madinah, the day can include ziyarat, a ride to the miqat to re-enter ihram, or a change of hotel with all your luggage.
