What makes a VIP ride different?
The destination is the same, but the experience is not. The VIP class at Mishwar Al Haramain is for travellers who see the road as part of the journey: a quieter, roomier cabin, a driver who is focused on you from the moment you are met until you reach the hotel door, and freedom to stop or adjust the plan. Many people book it to collect their parents or an important guest, or for the long drive between Makkah and Madinah, where comfort really counts.
The ground rules match all our bookings: a fixed fare per car, agreed before you set off, payment on arrival with no prepayment for normal bookings, and service around the clock.
Where we offer VIP service
Airport meet and greet
At Jeddah, Madinah and other airports, your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We follow your flight, so if it is late the pickup moves with it, and you have 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. The driver helps with your bags and heads straight to your address.
Between the two holy cities
Makkah to Madinah is about 450 km, normally around 4.5 to 5 hours. In a VIP car you stop for prayer or coffee whenever you like and arrive noticeably less tired. See our Makkah to Madinah taxi page for route details.
City errands and business days
In Jeddah, Riyadh or Makkah you can keep the car for several runs on the same day, say a meeting, lunch and the return to your hotel, at a price agreed in advance on WhatsApp.

Getting the trip exactly right
- Send your flight number and expected arrival time for airport pickups.
- Tell us the name to put on the welcome sign, especially when booking for a guest.
- Mention the number of passengers and bags, and any needs such as an elderly traveller or a wheelchair.
- Want a stop on the way, such as the miqat or a particular restaurant? Say so when booking.
- If plans change, let us know as early as you can and we will rearrange the timing.
VIP service: common questions
Can I book a VIP car for a guest while I am abroad?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the guest’s details and flight, and we confirm the booking. The guest pays on arrival, or we agree another arrangement with you.
Is the driver dedicated to me for the whole trip?
Yes. The car is yours alone and is never shared with other passengers.
Which car is used for VIP rides?
VIP rides are in a Mercedes S-Class, which takes up to 3 passengers.
Can I keep the VIP car for several runs on the same day?
