Leaving Madinah Without Worrying About Your Flight
Many visitors end their trip in Madinah, but their flight home leaves from King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah. There are about 420 km between the hotel and the departures hall, and one question dominates this stage: when do I leave so I don't miss the plane? Mishwar Al Haramain works that time out with you. The driver comes to your hotel door, loads the bags, and drops you right outside departures.

The price is fixed per car, not per passenger, and paid on arrival at the airport. Normal bookings need no prepayment. If you are going into Jeddah city instead of the airport, the fare is about the same and we confirm it on WhatsApp. Other routes are in our taxi fares guide.
How We Work Out Your Pickup Time
Our rule of thumb is simple: the drive itself, about four to four and a half hours, plus time for a prayer or rest stop, plus at least three hours before an international departure. For example, if your flight leaves at 10 pm, leaving the hotel around 1 pm gives you a comfortable margin.

Departure Day, Step by Step
- The day before, we remind you of the time on WhatsApp and send the driver's number.
- The driver arrives at the hotel entrance a few minutes early.
- You head south out of Madinah on the highway, stopping for prayer or food whenever you ask.
- In Jeddah the driver goes straight to the right departures terminal for your airline.
Going to Makkah First?
If your plan includes Umrah before you fly home, it makes more sense to go from Madinah to Makkah first, then on to the airport from there. For that we run a Madinah to Makkah taxi with a stop at the Dhul Hulayfah miqat to enter ihram.
