One Ride Instead of Two Flights
Sometimes there is no direct international flight into Dammam, or booking to Riyadh simply works out better on price and timing. Once you land at King Khalid International Airport you have two choices: wait for a domestic connection with its own check-in and baggage, or step into a private car in arrivals and ride all the way to your home or hotel in Dammam. The distance is about 400 km, roughly four hours on the highway between the capital and the Eastern Province.
How It Starts at the Airport
- The driver's time is tied to your flight number, so it moves automatically if you land early or late.
- You find the driver in arrivals holding a sign with your name.
- You have 60 minutes of free waiting after landing to get through passports and baggage.
- The driver loads your bags and heads east directly, without going through central Riyadh.
The Road East
The highway is wide and mostly straight, with service stations along it. Many travellers stop around the halfway point for prayer or coffee, and the driver will stop whenever you ask. Near Dammam the road can get busy at peak times, especially at the exits towards Khobar and Dhahran.

Fare
The fare is fixed for the whole car, not per passenger. This route is not on our published fare table, so we confirm the price on WhatsApp based on the car type: sedan, family SUV/van, or VIP. You pay on arrival in Dammam, with no deposit for normal bookings. Compare categories on our fleet page.
What to Send When You Book
- Flight number, date and scheduled landing time at RUH.
- Your exact drop-off in Dammam, ideally as a map pin.
- Number of passengers, including children and their ages.
- Number of large suitcases, so we send a car with enough room.
We reply with the fixed fare, and once you agree the booking is confirmed. The driver sends you his number on WhatsApp before your flight lands.
Arriving Late?
If you land at night and feel worn out, you can stay in Riyadh and leave in the morning. We will arrange the hotel drop and the morning ride. During your short stay, our Riyadh taxi service is there if you need it.
