Four hours on the road without touching the wheel
The Riyadh–Dammam highway is one of the busiest in the Kingdom. The two cities are about 400 km apart, a drive of roughly four hours. Plenty of people drive it themselves, but others would rather not: an employee who wants to work on a laptop on the way, a family that does not want dad worn out on arrival, or a visitor who does not know the road and has no need for a rental car once there.
With Mishwar Al Haramain you send us both addresses and we send a private car with driver to your door in Riyadh, delivering you to your door in the Eastern Province, with a fixed fare for the whole car paid on arrival.
Three questions we ask when you book
1. Where exactly in the Eastern Province?
Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran run into each other, but crossing from one end to the other adds time. We need the district, hotel or compound name, or a map pin.
2. When do you need to arrive?
For a morning meeting in Khobar we will suggest a very early start from Riyadh. For a family trip, leaving after breakfast or after Asr is more comfortable.
3. How many people and bags?
That decides the class: a sedan for one or two, a family SUV or van for families and luggage, or VIP for extra comfort on a long road.
The fare
This route is not in our published price list, so the fare is confirmed on WhatsApp before you book. It is fixed per car, not per passenger, does not change with traffic at the city edges, and normal bookings need no prepayment.
On the road
- Service stations are spread along the highway; stop for prayer or coffee whenever you like.
- Congestion is usually when leaving Riyadh and entering Dammam at peak times, not mid-route.
- If your final stop is King Fahd Airport, tell us your departure time so we can plan around it.
