Luxury Van: Group Capacity With a Higher Standard of Comfort
The luxury van sits where two needs meet: a group too large for any car, and passengers who expect more than a standard people-carrier. Think of a family delegation travelling for Umrah, a company hosting senior visitors, or several generations of one household who want to stay together without giving up comfort on the long roads of the Hejaz.
A luxury van from Mishwar Al Haramain is an upgraded, VIP-style van with a more refined cabin and more comfortable seating than our regular group van, while keeping proper space for luggage at the rear. The exact vehicle depends on availability on your dates; tell us your requirements and we will confirm what we can assign before you book.

A Three-Day Group Programme, Seen From the Van
Many luxury van bookings are not a single ride but a short programme. Here is a typical example to help you plan your own.
Day one: arrival and Umrah
The group lands at Jeddah. The driver is in the arrivals hall with a name sign, we have followed the flight, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free so the whole party can clear immigration and collect luggage. The van then drives the roughly 100 km to Makkah, usually 60 to 75 minutes, and drops the group at the hotel to rest before going to the Haram.
Day two: ziyarat in Makkah
The van stays with the group for a tour of the historical sites around Makkah. Older members can stay in the air-conditioned cabin at some stops while others step out. Everything the group brings for the day stays safely on board.
Day three: on to Madinah
The group checks out and travels the roughly 450 km to Madinah together, with prayer and rest stops planned at the start. The comfort of the luxury cabin shows most on this long leg. For more on the route, see our taxi from Makkah to Madinah page, and for getting around once you arrive, our Madinah taxi page.
A programme like this is quoted as one fixed price for the van across all legs, so the organiser knows the full transport cost before anyone travels.
What We Need to Quote Accurately
- Number of passengers, including children and infants.
- Number of large suitcases, plus wheelchairs, strollers or other bulky items.
- Every leg of the programme with dates and approximate times.
- Flight numbers for arrivals and departure times for the return.
- Name and phone number of the person the driver should coordinate with.
- Any special requests, for example a particular hotel entrance or quiet travel for an elderly guest.
Send these on WhatsApp to +966582918075, or reach us via the contact page.
Fares and Payment
Luxury van fares are quoted per vehicle on WhatsApp for your specific route or programme. Once you agree, the price is fixed: it does not depend on the number of passengers, the time of day or traffic. Payment is on arrival, and normal bookings need no prepayment. For an idea of our published starting fares in the sedan, family SUV/van and VIP tiers, see the fare guide.
Luxury Van FAQ
How many passengers can travel in the luxury van?
The seat count is shown at the top of this page. For long journeys with a lot of luggage, we may suggest leaving a seat free or adding a second vehicle.
Is it suitable for elderly travellers?
Yes, it is one of the main reasons families choose it. Mention any mobility needs when booking so the driver can plan stops close to entrances.
Can we keep the van for several days?
Yes. Send the whole programme and we will quote one fixed price covering every leg.
Is the luxury van available at night?
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, including late-night arrivals and early departures.
