SUV with Driver: Room for More People and Much More Luggage
The SUV class answers the most common problem our dispatchers hear: "We are four or five, and we have a lot of bags." A sedan cannot take that load safely; two sedans cost more and split the group. A full-size SUV, often a GMC Yukon or a similar vehicle, carries the whole party and its luggage in one car, with one driver and one fixed fare.
It is also the class we suggest for long highway journeys when a group of adults wants space to stretch out, and for anyone carrying bulky items such as Zamzam cartons, folding wheelchairs or large shopping on the way home.

The Journeys Where an SUV Earns Its Keep
Jeddah into Makkah with a full load

Many groups arrive in a sedan and leave in an SUV, simply because their luggage has grown. Book the departure in the SUV class from the start if you expect to carry Zamzam water home.

How many suitcases fit in the SUV?
It depends on how many seats are in use. With every seat occupied, luggage space is limited; with one row partly free, a large amount fits. Give us your exact numbers and we will tell you honestly whether one SUV is enough.
Is the fare per person?
No, the fare is for the whole car, which is why an SUV often works out cheaper for a group than two sedans.
Can I request a specific model?
You can tell us your preference; we confirm what is available on your date rather than promise a model.
What is the difference between the SUV and the family SUV?
The vehicle type is similar. The family SUV class is set up around travelling with children and elderly relatives; the SUV class is the general choice for groups of adults and heavy luggage.
