Airport arrivals for guests and colleagues
An assistant or host books the car, we collect the visitor at the arrivals hall with a name sign, and the driver delivers them to the hotel or office. We follow the flight, and 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. The person paying does not need to be the person travelling; just tell us who to expect and how to reach them.
Multi-stop working days
Hotel to an office in Jeddah, on to a lunch, a second meeting across town, then back to the airport in the evening. Instead of booking separate rides, send the whole itinerary and we quote one fixed price for the car for the day or the set of legs.
Business plus Umrah

How the Business Sedan Differs From the Others
- Compared with the standard sedan: a higher-grade car and a more formal presentation. Choose business when the impression matters, for example collecting a client.
- Compared with premium: premium leans towards maximum comfort and the most refined cars in our sedan range; business is about reliability and a professional look at a more moderate price.
- Compared with VIP: VIP is aimed at dignitaries and guests expecting the top tier, often in a larger vehicle. For one executive and a laptop bag, business is usually all you need.
Capacity is the same as for our other sedans: up to three adults comfortably, with two large suitcases. Delegations of four or more are better served by an SUV or a luxury van; ask us to split or upgrade the booking.
Fares and Payment
Business class fares are quoted per car and per itinerary on WhatsApp, because most business bookings are not a simple A-to-B ride. You receive a fixed figure before you confirm, and that figure does not change with traffic or time of day. Practical Advice for a Smooth Day
- Build in a buffer. Jeddah traffic can be heavy at rush hour, and some roads around the central areas of Makkah close at prayer times. Tell us the time you must arrive, not just the time you would like to leave.
- Share live locations for pickups at large office towers or malls, where the main entrance may not be where the car can stop.
- If a meeting runs over, message the driver directly so he can reposition rather than wait in a no-stopping zone.
- Confirm the evening airport run in the morning so there is no doubt about the departure time.
