VIP Car with Driver: Our Highest Service Tier
VIP is the top of the Mishwar Al Haramain range and the only luxury tier with its own published fares on our price list. It is designed for guests who expect the best vehicle we can provide, total privacy, and a driver whose whole attention is on them: senior officials and their families, visiting dignitaries, hosts who want to honour a guest, and families who simply prefer to travel at the highest standard during Umrah.
VIP bookings are typically served with a full-size, high-specification vehicle that combines a spacious, quiet cabin with generous luggage room. If you have particular requirements about the car, tell us when booking and we will confirm what can be assigned on your date.
What Sets the VIP Tier Apart
- The vehicle. The most spacious and best-equipped cars in our fleet, kept for VIP work.
- Privacy. The car is yours alone for the whole booking. Conversations, calls and family time stay private.
- Room to spread out. Even a family of several adults, or a guest with an accompanying assistant, travels without feeling cramped, and luggage does not have to share the cabin.
- Careful timing. For airport pickups we follow the flight, the driver is in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and 60 minutes after landing are free waiting time. For departures we plan backwards from the time the guest must be at the airport.
- A single point of contact. Whoever arranges the trip, a family member, an office manager or the guest personally, deals with one WhatsApp thread from quote to drop-off.

Typical VIP Itineraries
Arrival straight to the Haram
A guest lands in Jeddah already in ihram and wants to go directly to the Grand Mosque area to perform Umrah. VIP is a natural choice for this; the dedicated page on the Jeddah Airport to Haram transfer explains the drop-off practicalities.
Ziyarat at an unhurried pace
Both Makkah and Madinah ziyarat tours appear on our VIP price list. The car stays with the family between sites, so elderly relatives can rest in the air-conditioning instead of waiting outside.
The Makkah–Madinah journey
For a family that wants to travel between the two Holy Mosques together, with all their luggage and in complete comfort, VIP covers the roughly 450 km in one smooth trip, with prayer and rest stops arranged as you wish.
Arranging a VIP Booking for Someone Else
Many VIP trips are booked by a third party. To make it seamless, send us:
- The guest's name exactly as it should appear on the sign, and a contact number for them or their companion.
- Flight number and arrival terminal, or the full departure schedule.
- Number of passengers and an honest luggage count, including any wheelchair or mobility equipment.
- Any preferences the guest has: a quiet ride, a prayer stop, a particular hotel entrance.
We confirm everything in writing on WhatsApp so the person arranging the trip has a clear record. You can also start the request from our booking page.
VIP: Frequently Asked Questions
Is the VIP fare per person?
No. Like all our fares, it is for the entire vehicle.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Normal bookings are paid on arrival with no prepayment. If a very unusual itinerary requires something different, we will tell you clearly before you confirm.
How is VIP different from premium?
Premium is our most comfortable sedan. VIP is a separate, higher tier, normally in a larger vehicle, with more space for passengers and luggage and its own published fares.
Can the VIP car stay with us for several hours?
Yes. Ziyarat tours and multi-stop days are routinely booked this way. Send the plan and we will quote one fixed price.
Is VIP available around the clock?
Yes, 24/7, including night arrivals and dawn departures.
